VascuLyse
What is VascuLyse?
The VascuLyse treatment is a simple and effective way to remove skin irregularities permanently. Once the area has been treated, the skin irregularity will not return to the affected area. The treatment is non-invasive without ever piercing the skin. VascuLyse is a non invasive, safe, quick and effective treatment that removes most lesions in 1-3 treatment sessions.
The VascuLyse 2G RF produces a vibration that is perfectly targeted to remove the skin irregularity.
The vibration of water molecules in the tissues attracts and repels charged particles in the tissues creating thermo-coagulation, making it simple to remove lesions effortlessly. You may see a small, temporary scab after treatment that encourages regeneration to the treated area. Thermo-coagulation treatment works best on hydrated skin, so drink plenty of water before treatment.
Benign lesions that can be treated with the Vasculyse
Seborrhoeic Keratosis are superficial skin overgrowth which are brown and slightly raised. They are due to aging, family history and possibly sun exposure. Growths can be found anywhere on the body except on the soles of the feet or the palms. They do not transform to skin cancer.
Skin tags are skin-coloured or brown growths which commonly occur on the neck, underarms and face. They are harmless and do not transform into skin cancer.
Milia are commonly found on the skin of people of all ages. They are formed when keratin (a substance produced by the skin) becomes entrapped beneath the outer layer of the skin, forming a tiny cyst. An individual milium (the singular of milia) is formed at the base of a hair follicle or sweat gland.
Sebaceous hyperplasia is a skin condition that becomes more common with age. It's caused when your sebaceous oil glands produce too much oil, which can be trapped under your skin and cause bumps.
Spider veins can deter from the skin's healthy look and appearance. The occurrence of these veins cannot be controlled but fortunately, they can be treated. Spider veins, also called telangiectasias, can be due to hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy and menstruation, or develop from skin trauma, sun damage and the natural aging process. Conditions such as rosacea can also contribute to their occurrence. Spider veins on the face are most common around the nose and cheeks.
Spider Angiomas look like little spiders with a central circular nucleus of dilated capillaries and smaller telangiectasis spreading out from the center. They may appear at any age and are generally located on the nose or under the eyes.
Cherry Hemangiomas are small areas of highly concentrated dilated capillaries that have a circular shape and can be small and level with the skin or thick and slightly raised.
